We collect only what we need to plan your trip and run our business:

• Contact details you provide: name, email, phone, country.
• Trip details: travel dates, party size, interests and preferences.
• Booking and payment records. Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and pages visited, collected through cookies where you consent.

• To respond to inquiries and prepare tailor-made quotes.
• To process bookings, payments and travel documents.
• To communicate about your trip and, with consent, send occasional updates.
• To improve our website and understand how it is used.
• To meet legal, tax and safety obligations.

Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract to arrange your safari, our legitimate interests in running and improving the business, your consent for analytics cookies and marketing, and legal obligation for records we must keep.

We share data only with providers who help us deliver your trip, under contract:

• Stripe for payment processing.
• Cloudinary for image delivery.
• Our email and analytics providers.
• Accommodation, park and transport partners needed to run your itinerary.

We never sell your personal data.

Your data may be processed in Tanzania and in other countries where our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses to protect it.

We keep booking and financial records for as long as the law requires, and inquiry data for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
